Myth Number 2: Scoring before half-time gives winning advantage.

This isn’t a truth. Scoring before the half time will not perk up the chances of winning a football game. Football researchers consciously put that time of scoring the goal will not have any effect in football predictions or rather affect the game and sooner or later decide winning, losing or even draw. For that reason, the statement that scoring before half time will have any positive impact on the outcome of the game.

Fact Number 3: The performance of a player is affected by salary.

Yes, salary is very important and this is one of the well known facts about football in the professional level. Therefore, salary does have an effect on performance. For a player, the game is the main source of living. So, when the salary is reduced, his financial situation gets worse and the performance is affected eventually.

Myth Number 3: Penalty shoot gives winning advantage to a team.

This is not true. Penalty shoot out is just part of the basic football rules. We have seen many cases where first shoot out for a team didn’t bring any good outcome. So, we can’t take for granted that the first penalty kick is always going to give an advantage to a team.
